At Embody Wholeness, we value your time and appreciate your commitment to your wellness. Please review the following terms and conditions.

 1. Appointment Policy

- Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. 

- Late Changes: Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full cost of the session, as this time is reserved specifically for you.

 2. Payment and Refunds

- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

- Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed or late-canceled appointments, except in extraordinary circumstances and to the discretion of Embody Wholeness. 

- Packages & Credits: Prepaid packages or credits must be used within the agreed timeframe and are non-refundable or transferable.

 3. Online Services and Recordings

- Virtual Sessions: All virtual sessions must be prepaid. 

- Recordings: Recording any session is not allowed without mutual agreement. Recordings, if made, may not be shared, uploaded, or distributed without the express consent of both parties.

 4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for detailed information on how we handle your personal data

 5. Medical Waiver and Disclaimer

- Disclaimer: Our services are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 

- Waiver: By using our services, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and agree that Embody Wholeness is not liable for any outcomes arising from the use of our services.


6. Referral Program Terms:

  • The $33 referral reward applies only to new clients who have booked and attended their first session with Embody Wholeness.

  • The $33 credit will be applied to the referrer’s next session of any service offered by Embody Wholeness.

  • This credit cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for cash.

  • Referral credits are valid for use on future sessions only and cannot be applied retroactively.
